October 8, at PM An antenna is a physical device that radiates energy, almost always with some directional dependence. Even an omni-directional antenna will have one or two narrow directions where there is a reduction or a null in the radiated energy. The energy leaving an antenna is also polarized — meaning that the electric field is in a particular orientation. Theoretically, for efficient transfer of energy between two antennas, their respective radiation patterns must be optimized in the correct direction and the antennas must be polarized with the same orientation.

Neither online nor offline. The Online exam pattern in was like there were questions, each of it carrying 3 marks. If you are done your GATE preparation good , you are done.

This is not the university exam where you can prepare 5 subjects in 1 Level of questions: Most of the question were easy and basic definitions. Some questions where numerical but average level problems which you can do easily and quickly too.

Some questions were like Scary and like lines long. Again mentioning here becoz questions in mins,Seems tough. You see questions , they look easy and you attempt as many as possible. Please do not try to attempt too many questions. Try to solve paper in multiple iterations so that you can choose easy, avg and tough questions and solve which you know. If u try to solve a long problem, It may be easy , but its gonna take your mins time.

Now you panic and do mistakes in easy and basic questions. Please avoid this. Please try to attempt problems out of and and if you do them accurately ,you are through.

Dont forget to check all your answers at least once so that if you did some mistake, you can rectify it. About me, I attempted questions Not many but not less Rasgullas but managed to check only 35 questions Some of them were Expired.
